We are thrilled to announce that Unwanted Words will host the upcoming edition of the Queer Cinema Rotterdam film series, a monthly movie night dedicated to showcasing the best of queer cinema and celebrating the diversity and creativity of the LGBTQ+ community 🍿🎬🏳️‍🌈.

This Coming Out Day, we invite you to immerse yourself in the world of queer cinema and witness the power of spoken word. Together we’ll watch the documentary “Kiki”, in which a group of LGBTQ+ youths of color unite to form a safe gathering space.

Open Mic

After the screening of the movie, we will have an open mic in the screening room at Lantaren Venster. 🎤

Tickets: By filling this form, you don’t need a ticket for the open mic. We can add you to our guest list.

All forms of literary expression are allowed, such as spoken word, poetry, op-eds, drama, and performances, as long as the speakers comply with the 5 minutes time per performer. You do not need to have any prior experience to perform! ❤️
